My e-mail notified me that a response after my notation about the Board meeting minutes had been entered by Arland D., former Board member. I came here to read it and cannot find it.......must be my computer error..any help would be appreciated.
Or is it that the current powers-that-be actually feel "threatened" by Rick A. asking where to get a copy, that Gary Chestnut responded that the Chapter Presidents had gotten copies through the Regional Reps and that I asked "Where the 10,000 non-chapter members were supposed to go for that info?".
If the thread has been deleted, I think that the message on "where" we are supposed to go becomes even more clear. How sad.........

Yes, you are correct, Dick. A secondary question - are elected Regional
representatives "allowed" to write their own notations on what happened in the meeting and communicate them to thier regional chapters/members or does the Club Secretary prepare the minutes? Or has the Club Financial Officer retained his right to also "do" the minutes exclusively?
