62 horn contact assembly

I took off the horn button and the contact ring a couple weeks ago, now I can't remember the correct placement during re-assembly. Which way does the little arm face? (At what position?)

The "leg" on the contact assembly goes in the hole in the hub with the horn contact brush in it.
