Engine hoses

Did I read here that when Corvettes were produced that the water hoses and hoses in general did not have those GM markings on them? I've seen a lot of Top Flight Corvettes with hoses that have GM markings everywhere particularly the heater hoses and upper & lower radiator hoses.

Some did, some didn't - depends on the year and application. Your TM&JG will indicate what's expected for full judging credit.
