    1966 427 390 choke spring

Can an automatic choke spring for a 1966 427 390 be adjusted for more tension or just replace it.

    Thanks Tony

They are not really designed to be adjusted. I would just replace it. They are easily available.

You may want to carefully inspect that the linkage/mechanism all operates smoothly before replacing. I replaced a perfectly good one myself before getting to the root of my problems.
