Need 11/62 sticker anti-freeze code & price

I need the window sticker code and price for anti-freeze on a 11/62 car. There was an article on this in The Restorer but I can't find it. Thanks for all help!!

I believe you ll find in Restorer Vol 22-#3 that article by Curt Gifford. According to Mr Gifford the General levied a $5 charge for "Permanet Anti Freeze" between the months of Oct thru April although the AIM indicates that anti freeze was installed on all the cars to meet the -20*F protection.

I have an image of an original mid-January '63 window sticker, and it shows "Perm Anti Freeze" (with no RPO code in front of it), listed at $8.00.

Thanks John, Was the Perm Anti Freeze in both upper and lower case letters and was there a dash between anti and freeze as in 1960? Thanks again.......stan

Everything on the sticker is in upper case, and there is no hyphen - reads "PERM ANTI FREEZE".
