Anyone know what this cylinder head is? Valve sizes, etc? I'm told it's for a '69 350 pick-up engine.

The number is 3970126; there was no head of casting number 3870126. The 3970126 was a small block cylinder head used exclusively for some 1969-74 trucks. It had 1.71" intake valves and 1.50" exhaust valves. I don't have cc specs on the combustion chamber.

I'd say its value is pretty much determined by the pound.
