Has anyone put cruise control on a C1? I plan on doing some Interstate highway driving in my '59 and the old leg gets tired.

Re: C1 Cruise Control
I have used bolt on cruise controls for years. I presently have one on my 65. I can loosen one set screw, remove the turn signal control, and you can't see it. It works great. Email me if you have any questions. Don H.- Top

Re: C1 Cruise Control
This is a something that I would like to purchase and hope to install by the summer of 2009. I have found that Dakota Digital offers 2 kits, one for a cable speedo and one for a electronic speedo. If you install it before me, maybe I can pick your brain on how the install went.
My 59 is a hybrid but I went with an early smblk to simplify keeping the restored factory guages (though I do need an x-box to convert the signal from the T-56 to the factory speedo)
