69 battery help
Can anyone tell me about DELCO batteries that you can buy in some corvette parts store
The lead acid battery or Maintenance free battery uses the SAME EXACT top covers, case and vent caps as an original Delco battery.
Is it correct for NCRS judging with the Maintenance free battery or do i have to get the Lead acid version ???
also i was told since Jan of 07 NCRS ruled that judges could NOT remove caps from batteries for judging.
my build date is DECEMBER 17 1968 should the date be 8LV 15 ???
(8=1968 L=december V=ST. LOUIS, MO 15=day)
is it ok for the battery day date to be 2 days prior to build date ???
also is right in 69 Delco added a day stamp ???
