Inside Door Lock Mechanism Hole Location...Differences???

Are all 1963 through 1967 inside door lock mechanism hole locations identical? What I'm trying to find out is on the inside of the door, specifically on a convertible did the hole location for the lock/un-lock mechanism change between 1965 and 1967?

The '65-'66 inside lock knob location was the same, but it moved forward to a more convenient location for 1967.

As a side comment, I never ran into such a frustrating job as to re-install the lock mechanism on my 2 doors after cleaning/greasing them.
