Mona Lisa of FI Bolts B&H Fine Thread

These are the very difficult to find original B&H bolts used on the 1957/1958 FI Fuel Filter

I've found them used on passenger car applications.

Bolts of this type and head configuration (except they are 5/16 co**** thread) have been found on early Corvettes used to bolt on wheel cylinders.

I expect it's because the last 4 letters of the word represent a "naughty" word that the filters screen out.

                  Bruce,
The oil pan bolts with the 5/16-18 thread (better than saying cor s) are quite nice. But an eagle eye can easily spot the difference when they are installed. The circle around the B&H is not touching the letters. It's about 1/16 of an inch away. Good enough though. Podell has a repro of fine thread bolt. John D.

Yes! The scan of the bolts make the threads look bigger than they are. I found scanning the bolts was the best way to get a clear picture of them.
