I have a early 69 1100825 alternator and am confused about its application. The 69 Stingray Guide Books lists this as L36 with C60 and or K66, and lists the small blocks and having the 1100884 with C60/K66. The black book AND Richards Restoration guide list this alternator as All cars with with C60 or K66. So this alternator is or is not Big Block specific? Did any other Big Blocks use this alternator? And does anyone know how long this alternator was used?

Your question is confusing (why you're asking about other applications + why you're quoting non-NCRS sources)...
The current NCRS judging literature confirms what you've stated--the 1100825 alternator IS considered factory concours correct for 1969 Corvette with base BB and either A/C or TI options.
From what other applications will it serve standpoint, remember the specific PN stamped on a Delcotron case speaks to how the front to rear case halves were originally 'clocked' (easy to change), what fan/pulley was used on the unit and what field/rotor combination was installed inside. So, making one alternator fit/work in another application is often a child's play task of changing this/that...
Hollander's (the scrap yard bible) says this basic unit will also fit/function on '69 Chevy and GMC trucks with either 366 or 427 V8's. Now, Hollander's only cares about what fits/works and doesn't give a hoot about what originally shipped from the factory with what...- Top

The reason I was inquiring was I had bought this alternator with the assumption that it was L36 or L68 only, felt that I paid top dollar for a "rare" alternator that needs a rebuild, and that might not be as rare as represented. Like I said, the other sources state that it was used for small blocks also, so if it was it mabe not as rare as the $600 tag I paid for a piece that still needs a rebuild. My car is a L36 Without AC or TI. So I guess my question is will it be correct for my car, or is the 1100833 the only correct one.- Top

I doubt that a GM #1100825 would have been used for a non C-60 or K-66 big block. There was no functional reason that it could not have been so-utilized but I would expect the only reason it would have happened was if they ran out of the 42 amp unit.
Nevertheless, ALL 1969 alternators are "rare birds". This is not just because of stamped numbers, either. 1969 alternators have a unique drive end and split ring end case configuration. So, it's way more than just "numbers".

I paid $600 for mine last year. Cleaning and rebuilding extra.
Mine is on a Oct 03 build date L68 with TI.
