Three different hazard flashers are acceptable - see "Signal Flasher and Capacitor" under item #14, "Under Dash Area" in the "Interior" section of your '67 JG.

I am reading that and I know we have the correct flasher. but I am talking about the clip that holds it in place on the radio side panel. I am not seeing this.

OK, you're talking about the turn signal flasher, not the 4-way hazard flasher. The clip is phosphated.

That is what my clip looks like on my 67 but I thought it was just natural metal. What is phosphated?

That's a plated finish to thwart corrosion. It'll appear dark grey to black in color...
