Mike, Back in the '60's, Harley Earl had a home over in Palm Beach and I remember seeing his wife driving her special ordered pink Corvettes around town. Quite a sight along with the other S.O. Corvettes they had in their driveway.

Lots of indicators that this is not a 63. Lots

It was pink on pink. Car was unrestored and sold a couple years ago out of the McDorman collection. Car is in the NE now.

Hi Tom, Its one of those pictures that was copied off here or e-bay some six or seven years ago with that claim. I don`t have a clue. I just stuck it in my 63 folder and had never looked at again until I saw these posts. Mike

                      Max,

I'm trying to find information for Bob Sindelar, the man that owned the car in 1975. I know he worked for Al Fierke at Chicago Corvette Supply a few years ago but I think he left there and works for another Corvette dealer. I'll see if I can get the name for you.

Yes, that's the same car. Bob Sindelar now works for Corvette Mike in Illinois. Call and ask him about a 63 Corvette A/C conv called "big pink".
