1967 Master Cylinder - Gloss Black?

Just wanted to double-check my memory, the master cylinder on a 1967 should be gloss black, correct. I'm getting my redone and want to make sure it is up to NCRS standards. Thanks.

    Kirk:

    The latest 1967 TIM&JG states semi-gloss black.

      Larry and Kirk------

I would say semi-gloss black AT THE GLOSSIEST. I think the degree of gloss was more like semi-flat, but semi-gloss will do.

I like to call it old-stove black. Not gloss at all closer to flat.
