    C3 P01's vs P02's

Is there a difference? I don't think so but wanted to make sure.

There is a slight difference in the stainless cap, but the center cap is slightly different. I have a good set of photos that Terry McManmon sent me but they are on another computer. I will try to post them later this AM

I will post close up's of each later this evening. I do not have the software on this machine to resize photos.

Note how the "vanes" come to a point on the one on the right
Note how the "vanes" end abruptly in a square, almost like they are cut off, in the one on the left.

Also, note the more ****ounced shoulder at the ends of the vanes (right photo).

Just looked at my P01's out in the garage. The vanes end abruptly. Now I hope the replacement one for my damaged one I just won on ebay yesterday matches.

                  Re: C3 P01's vs P02's

Isn't technology great. I just captured the ebay pix of the P02 that was for sale on ebay, transfered it to my Canon Photo Shop, zoomed in @X400 and found out the the advertised P02 is a PO1 which I needed. Thanks for the research on the Deluxe Wheel Covers. Now I'll be keeping an eye out at the next event. NCRS Rules!!!!!

                    Re: C3 P01's vs P02's

I have always thought that the P01 did not have the 'step' in the chrome piece that surrounds the crossed flags as the P02 does.
On page 78 of the 1969 Stingray Guidebook(Bizzoco), there is a picture that shows the difference between the two wheel covers.
