Can anyone tell me what the exact production date is based on the VIN (E56S004457)?
I know it was the 10th last Vette to be built in 56.

1956 production records have never been uncovered. The dates in the Birthday Book, are, as stated, approximations based on a number of things (known original cars, Canadian delivery records, etc.)

You may be aware of this already, but remember 1956 model year VIN's started with 1001, so you need to deduct 1,000 from the actual VIN number.
