1967 Code 455 Interior layout

I have a 1967 corvette convertible that originally wore a code 455 interior, white and black. The original owner painted all of the white parts with black paint, or replaced white parts with black. I want to restore the interior but am hearing conflicting information on what a code 455 interior should look like. Any help or pictures would be appreciated.
Carpets - Black
Seats - White
Seat backs - ?
Door panels ?
Kick panels -?
Center console - Black
E-brake cover - ?
Sun visors - ?
Trim on the rear deck - ?
and any other parts I am forgetting.

Black - Dash, Carpets, Kick Panels, Center Console & Seat Belts.
White - Door Panels, Seats, Backs, Doglegs with white masked to the inside door jamb peak (Coupe and Convert), E-Break Cover, Sun Visors, Rear Deck Trim (And, on a coupe-Headliner, Inside Upper Window Frame, Doglegs).
