ARCHIVES: nothing between 1/1 and 2/7??

I'm trying to search for a posting in the January 2008 time frame. I can't seem to get any January archives. I've tried to search the Archives but the most recent post that comes in my search is 12/31/07. When I search the Current Technical Discussions, the oldest post I can review is 2/7/08. I can't get anything from Jan 1, 2008 through Feb 6, 2008.

I'm searching on my user ide "Greg 46974" to review all my posts. I'm looking for one regarding the correct engine block paint to use on my 71.

    What am I doing wrong?

    Thanks,

    Greg

    The dreaded BLACK HOLE

Seems to be common -- I've had the same experience. John W. could explain it, but I think that at the rate that threads are transferred into archives (may be a manual operation), some go past the 5 days of active index pages, yet don't show up in the archives.

Is this what you are looking for? PPG MAE 60524 I found this by going to the archives, typing in PPG and letting it search. I know the post you are looking for and it does not show up yet in the archives
