'58 to '67 Oil Filter Cannister finish

Someone posted a question just a couple of days ago, asking for advice on the what gloss level of paint should be used on oil filter cannisters, to meet the JG wording of "oil filter cannisters are painted with semi-gloss black".
In cleaning my shop this afternoon, I found this NOS cannister I had put back for my '67. Thought a quick look at it's paint finish might be helpful to the poster. I'd call her "semi-gloss" black.

Good carburetion is fuelish hot air . . .
