    1968 L36 Coupe with A/C and M20

    Hi:

    Need to find parts but don't have the part numbers. Would appreciate the part numbers and any leads on where to source the parts. Attempting to do a proper NCRS restoration:

    1. Windshield stainless steel molding (vertical piece)for the right side;
    2. Accelerator spring (the double ended spring that attaches to the pedal

    itself);
    3. The 8"-10" bolt that goes through the starter to the starter brace. It

    has a nipple thread on the end.

    Don't have access at the moment to either my AIM or the judging manual.

    Thanks.

    Chuck -

    I get those starter through-bolts with the threads on the end from a local mom-and-pop starter/alternator rebuild shop.

        Chuck------

        molding= GM #3912722----long since discontinued

        accelerator pedal spring= originally GM #3909982; now GM #368077

        starter through bolt with extension= last available as GM #1931654. This part is discontinued. There may or may not be a supercessive part number. I can't find one.
