Is a delco 1957 M , am I missing something? passable for my dec 14-57 born 58 car? Brad

That is the problem with any early or late Corvette or car . Early Corvette will have the last years dates as late year Corvette will have the next years date.
I'm into 55's early 55 will have 1954 dates ,Dist ,engine and so on even tho in 1954 Corvette dint use a V8.The guessing game is when did it start or stop.- Top

Did the 58 numbering go ABCDEFGHIJKL or did it skip I and end with an M=Dec so a 7M volt reg would be a dec of 57 and does that work for judging on once again on my dec 14 57, 58 car oh and were the cover screws on those on the top diagonal of each other Thanks again Brad.- Top
