C2 door panels

All of the holes for the screws that fasten the door panels to the doors are stripped out. The best idea I can come up with is to insert a small piece of copper wire next to the screw when it goes into the hole. Does anyone have a better idea?

(1) Glass in the oversize holes and re-drill.

(2) Go to the hardware store and find a drywall style 'moly bolt' that compressed on the back side to hold.

(3) Above but get a plastic tap-in expander.

Get some 5 minute epoxy , fill the holes wait until it sets up and redrill to proper size hole.
