Are you referring to the center caps or the trim rings? The two are comprised of different metals so the way to repair or restore varies. Post more details and you'll likely get more answers to your question.

I found some that were in beter shape on the flat center hubcaps and switched the parts to make a better set of PO-2's. That type hubcap usally sells for less.

That did enter my mind. I found several metal polishing guys in NJ that will take care of them.
