C2 lower A Arm Rubber Bumper

For a C2, 1964; The rubber bumper, 3742252, that is held on the lower a arm by two bolts -
what is the finish on the mounting tabs??
My old ones apppear to be natural, however the tabs may have been covered with rubber - some still remains, but unable to tell.
    Thanks

Service bumpers are natural plate base

Alan -- and I see the '65 TIM&JG agrees. (excuse the rust spots)

This bumper is still available from GM and, as of the last ones I purchased, are still the same configuration as originals.

The tabs on my 64 bumpers were natural.
