Does anyone know of a source for the rod ends of the wiper pushrods? The end in question snaps over the spherical joint on the wiper arm transmission. Mine are worn and no longer attach. The end is silver in color and is attached to the pushrod with two pins that resemble rivets. Thanks....

Re: 1963 wiper pushrod ends
Sounds like you're talking about the drive hub portion of the WSW arm. It's a chrome plated pot metal item.
Those who restore original wiper arms get them from similar passenger car arms, drill out the attaching rivet, and move the hubs from donor arms onto the Corvette arms using fresh, new SS rivets. I suspect they've tooled a rivet mfgr to supply their needs for this specialty item...- Top

Dr. Rebuild sells the S.S. rivets that allow you to disassemble your wipers for re-chroming the head. Paragon actually provides a complete restoration service for wiper blades, if you don't want to attemtp it yourself.- Top

Re: 1963 wiper pushrod ends
If the rod ends are unavailable, perhaps the hard rubber inserts could be replaced. Anyone know if they are available? My goal is reliable functionality, I will sacrifice originality if need be. Once the dash is re-installed, getting to these ends will be a bear...- Top
