Daniel, don’t have a ‘75 but here’s a shot from my ‘73 that might help you out. Pretty tough to get a photo or any measurements but I can confirm that the return line is 1/4” along the frame but the end up by the canister looks like it is expanded up to 5/16”. In the photo I slid back the clamp and the hose a bit to expose the end and it’s definitely expanded to a larger diameter. Hope the helps, perhaps someone else will chime in to confirm the same for ‘75. Let me know if you need any further information.Attached Files1973 L82 M21 4 Speed, very original and well documented driver/survivor

That's perfect! The end of the repo steel line does not expand like yours in your picture so the 5/16 rubber hose will not clamp tight to it. It does have a little bump but only measures .275 well short of 5/16. I purchase a piece of vinyl tubing 5/16 od x 1/4 ID and inserted it into the rubber hose and now I have a nice tight fit. Also, in the original rubber tubbing I found that there is a small blue plug about a 1/4 inch long with a tiny hole in it. I put that back in the new hose as well.- Top
