Distance between Headlight bucket mounting plates on the front end

    Hi
I'm working on bonding up the headlight bucket mounting plates on my nose and need the dimension (Inside to inside) of the headlight motor mounting plates. These are the steel plates that the headlight bucket assemblies bolt to the nose of the car. I've included a picture showing what I'm looking for. I want to make up a couple of fixtures and would like this dimension to make up my fixtures. Thanks!

Tom, I had 4 cars in the shop that I could measure. 3 of them unhit noses. All 4 cars were mostly 14 5/8 inside to inside. There were a few that stretched out to almost 14 3/4. I would go with the tighter dimension.

    Regards,

        Hi.

Can anyone tell me how my parking brake warning light gets the 12v.
        It's my 1965 conv. 300/327
In the past it worked but when I'll pulled the instument cluster it's dead.
all cables are new, the tan wire (ground) at the end of the handle is oke.
The light bulb is also oke but when I pull the parkingbrake it gets no 12v.
