What's the best battery to put inside a C2 restoration battery.

I like a plexiglass bottom so you can see what is going on inside. Pool floaties work great to take up the slack. Restoration batteries have about a 2" base of epoxy to work around. Coring an acid filled battery is a pain due to all the internal plastic sections and the lead plates. It took me four hours of careful work not to damage the case. Here are photos of an original R59, not very pretty during the process because you are tearing apart something that was not designed to come apart.

    That is exactly what I did and cleaned everything up so I have just an empty, clean case. I just don't know what cables to use and how to fasten them properly to the top posts. What did you do? I will try to post a picture tomorrow if I can.
