Early '63 Spare Tire Tub "Arrow" bolt

Hi,
I'm assuming that I'm not missing a washer here beneath the black bracket, even though the AIM shows one beginning in January '63 and of course the vendors sell one. Just a sanity check before I insert the pin dowel. As always, thank you for your replies, they are very helpful.

Douglas, I think you are good to go, install it as is. The part changed during the model year and the later part used a washer. There is probably a note somewhere on the AIM page that the page was revised with a date.

Thanks Tim. The revision date in the AIM is January 15 '63. My build date is like Dec. 21st. I'm putting parts back on the car, rather than removing them, for the first time in 20 years. I'll have lots of questions like this going forward.
