steering spoke repair

I have a 62 that has a steering wheel that is loose where one spoke meets the outer ring and two others that are cracked. I have epoxied them twice and one is still loose and the others crack. Any recommendations or services that can repair the steering wheel.

There was a guy in Michigan that restored C1 steering wheels. I am sure someone will post his contact information.

I believe Richard D (in Michigan) has quit restoring wheels. If I understand Dan correctly, his metal is broke and welding the metal is probably the only permanent fix. The plastic coating is another problem.

gary's in carlisle pa has done numerous c-1 wheels for me. excellent restorations . a little costly tho. mike

I tried contacting Gary in Carlisle Pa. and he no longer is in business due to health reasons. Any other suggestions out there?
