Question: Will Block Room Rates apply at Embassy Frisco AFTER October 7th for rooms cancelled for those folks NOT registered?

Registered, but Embassy Block currently "sold out". Will these rooms become available?

Reservations at the Embassy Suites MAY BE CANCELLED if you are not registered for the Regional by October 7th. Since our room block is limited, we do this to insure all block rooms are available to registered Lone Star Regional participants.

Thanks. What I was hoping for was a room at ES to help Texas Chapter. Expect their ES contract has Texas on hook for a certain number of rooms at Embassy. Last minute room cancellations might leave them responsible for vacancies that otherwise could be filled.

Your alternative location seems a good choice.
