1967 AC knob hanging tag

saw this picture on a NCRS Facebook post from the last nationals of a 67 with factory AC and there is a tag hung from behind the knob. I don't recall seeing this in the AIM or in the judging manual. so what is going on here?

I was at the National and didn't see that tag, I would have asked about it.

Quite unique... I'm very interested in learning more about this A/C tag.

From what I can ascertain these tags may have been added by the dealer. It explains how to use the AC a duplication of what is what is in the owners manual. The 67 team has never seen this tag before. One of our members made these tags. I won't say who. Suffice it to say it will not be added to the judging manual
