I bought a NOS buzzer and it does not work. is there any way to make them work again?

It may be just a corrosion issue on the internal contacts.
Carefully pry out the cover tabs, remove the cover to expose the contacts. Clean them with a points file.
It could also be a broken coil wire. That would need a delicate soldering repair.
If you open it up take a few photos from different angles.

Ok, put a ohm meter across the coil wire terminals. One side is power(Org). Its ground comes from the speedo head terminal(-) below. Should get a ohm or less.
Short meter leads together first to get lead error. Subtract that from the 2 terminals(+-) reading.

thanks. my dad bought anther speed warning cluster for his project and I was testing a buzzer i got on ebay on his other car with speedwarning. and to be clear the buzzer is listed for a buick and in the archives of this site it said to be a direct replacement- Top
