'63 steering column mount

Has anyone ever seen a lower dash bracket like this? It seems manufactured. Of course I can't find the upper bracket at the moment, which would normally support the odometer cable. As you can also see, in this situation, the cable knob would face you, rather than point downward.

Is that for a telescopic column? The odometer reset faces out like that.

That is not a 63 part. That is a 65-66 Tele only bracket.
