Did 1990 non FX3 or FE7 cars come with non-adjustable Bilstein shocks from the factory or did they come with AC Delco shocks? According to the JM it says they came with AC Delco shocks. But after doing a bunch of digging around on low mileage cars with the FE1 RPO they all have Bilstein shocks. It looks like they quit putting AC Delco shocks on FE1 cars after 1987.
I had the car judged with replacement AC Delco shocks going off the JM and lost 2 points in total. 1 for originality on front and 1 for originality on rear shocks. Going off the JM should I keep the AC Delco shocks on the car until the JM gets updated to say Bilstein shocks came on the car from the factory if that is what the case is?
