1963 power window switch "cut out" in console

I am adding power windows to my 63 and I'm looking for a "template" for the cut out. The AIM is a bit tough to decipher IMO. Can anyone provide the details/measurements of that cut out? The cavity is easy to figure out, but I'm looking for the "setback" measurements from each side around the cut out.

    Thanks

Thanks Alan, I'm looking for the measurements from an actual PW car for specific measurements versus this picture.

        Gerald,
Although NO picture showing cut out on Plate Assembly the cut out on the underbody is referenced to the bracket for the
Plate Assy therefore you should be able to establish the holes relative to the hold down holes.
Yes, seeing a original Plate Assy is the best one to use and hope you find one, good luck

              Gerald,
Read the attached article...there are 25 pictures showing the installation and one picture of the measurements for the cutout for the switch. Hope this helps...

                Leif,

This article is showing the measurements on the console. My console is a PW console already. I didn't see the measurements on the tunnel.

                  Don,
I'm looking for the measurements on the tunnel itself for the cavity that holds the PW switch as I already have a PW console.

                    Gerald,
Being as you have a power window console already, can't you lay the console in place and use the hole (for the power window switch) to scribe the fiberglass tunnel? Then, cut out the fiberglass and enlarge as necessary. Do you have the power window switch cup?

                      Leif,
You're correct, I do have the PW console and have traced the switch opening onto the tunnel. I also have the switch cup. However, when I look at the end tracing and I look at the drawing in the AIM, the measurements seem off. I've decided to just use the tracing from the console and go from there.

                      Thanks for your help.
