Mike,, I don't expect to ever own any C8 Corvette, let alone a Z06, but, there is this new fangled thing out there called AI. I asked AI where the battery is on a 2025 Z06 and here is what I learned....
The 2025 Corvette Z06 (C8 generation) has its main 12-volt battery located in the front trunk (frunk). To access it, you must first open the frunk by pulling the release loop twice from inside the cabin, then remove a central plastic panel and two side trim pieces to reveal the battery underneath.
I dug a little deeper and asked about losing settings if battery is disconnected and AI said not to worry, only the windows need to re-indexed.
    So, I think your OK,
And, I love this AI thing.

Thanks, you saved me some time looking through the owners manual!

        Mike,

FYI - read there are remote control battery disconnect devices available for C8's.

Thanks, after watching the video of all the panels that have to be removed and put back on to even get to the battery, remote control would be the only practical way to do this.

I have been watching this developing, so my concern is getting the gas tank level to below 1/4 as well as the battery disconnection. Will have to do some talking with Roy or someone as to what open judging is really about? I have been talking with some corvette owners (most have C7 or C8) here in my town about our show. They mainly will do one day shows (Sat) with no interest in having their car inside from Thursday to Sat. afternoon with motel costs.
And don't forget the frunk: if someone closes it with the battery disconnected, you will have to get into the car to pull the cable to get the frunk unlatched. As well as using the key to manually unlock the car door if someone locks it by mistake. Keep the top down may be the solution.

I drove my C8 to the Glendale Regional in May and put it in Sportsman. It not too hard to manage the 1/4 tank if you watch your mileage. In Glendale, there was an exemption for C8s on battery shutoffs. I think that could be done most anywhere if they try.

                Michael,

FWIW, sorry, but the International Fire Code which all indoor venues subscribe to does not provide any exemption for C8's.

Well, I guess the Glendale facility doesn't follow that code. Which was good.

And will shutting down the battery mean everything would have to be reprogramed in the car?
I'll have to research this...but, see you all at the National.
                    Mike,
I have displayed my C8 at several indoor events and have never disconnected the battery. I may regret posting this but leave it connected and avoid setting off the alarm. Opening the doors or hatches normally lights everything, as you no doubt know, so be judicious doing that as well. Ask me how I know.

Search You Tube for videos of C8 battery service. I tried to get links to them but couldn't get transferable links (All of them came up from Bing and I couldn't get transferrable links) from my laptop in a hotel in Bowling Green. I would have made a video yesterday or Thursday, but this evening (Saturday August 30) the party is over, and I am not going to take the C8 apart in the motel parking lot - unless it won't start tomorrow for the trip home. One of these videos includes instruction of how to access some C8s that have a dead battery, but the one I saw has parts of it that are not applicable to my 2023 or your 2025. Neither of us have a hidden key behind the rear license plate, so access to the rear compartment with a dead battery requires drilling a hole behind the license plate. Don't panic -- with a dead battery you & I can use a key in the hidden key slot behind the driver's door and mechanically open the driver's door and access the front trunk through the mechanical wire under the dash on the driver's side. It is wise to try this before the battery is dead and one needs to execute the procedure under stress. And if you don't know where this hidden lock is, more You Tube videos will reveal it. It is hidden only because the designers believe the door lock(s) do not look compatible with the flow of the design of the car. How do I know what they think? I have heard them say it here in Bowling Green.

There are several videos on You Tube showing access to the battery in the front trunk (I hate the alternate word for that area). It is close to the windshield in this compartment. Search out those videos. It is good to see the battery access in case worse comes to worse. Museum Delivery includes a demonstration of access to the battery. It also contains a demonstration of access to the car with a dead battery. But for you that ship has sailed. I doubt many dealers go into this detail on their Corvette deliveries, but then the usual Corvette salesmen may not know these procedures either.

I am willing to hold a class on this subject, but at this time I cannot attend an event more than a day's drive from home. Sadly, that leaves you out of my reach. I hope the You Tube videos work for you. I will try to get links, if possible, from my PC when I get home and recover from this trip. That may be no sooner than later Monday.
