My 1966 Corvette is factory air car. This past weekend when I went to drive it the fan will not run on any speeds. Trouble shooting, I have a good 30-amp fuse and 13.54 volts out of fuse block. Red wire with 30-amp fuse has 13.54 volts at relay. the purple wire to fan has .038 volts. Dark blue and orange have .026-.040 volts. When I pull the A/C cable out I have 11.62 volts on dark blue wire and .291 volts on orange. At the resistor with the A/C cable in I have .239 volts on the yellow, .021 volts on the dark blue and 13.29 volts on the light blue. Pull the A/C cable and the yellow goes to 11.58 volts. Putting a jumper to the fan and it runs wide open. I believe it is the relay but not sure. Any assistance is appreciated
