95-96 Corvette Convertible Top instruction sleeve that came on the driver's sunvisor upon delivery

Does anyone on the forum have an original convertible top instruction sleeve that came on the sun visor upon delivery
for a 95 or 96 Corvette convertible? If so, does it show a 95-96 Corvette in the photos on the sleeve or are the pics of an 80's model C4? Also
if you have one of these sleeves, what is the GM part no. printed on it? Thank you in advance for any help you can provide.

I don't think those years came with an instruction sleeve. What I do have are the Air Bag decals that go on the visors.

I'm not sure if my original - owner 96 ever came with such a "sleeve". What it does have are decals, one similar to Ed's post.

OK........apparently we have uncovered yet another error in the 94-96 NCRS judging manual. Earlier models of C4 Corvettes
had a white paper sleeve slid over the sun visor with instructions on lowering and raising the convertible top. At some point
apparently these sleeves were eliminated, that explains why every one I've seen for sale on ebay has an 80's C4 Corvette in
the brochure illustrations. The 94-96 judging manual states that the cars came with these sleeves from the factory. It sounds
like that is yet another error in the manual. Thank you for your replies gentlemen.
