Adhesive choice for under dash insulators

So I will be replacing the plenum panel insulation and have two diff cans (see attached) of adhesive and wondering...will either one do? Is one better? I prefer to use the 3M one if possible. I did do a search and found a recommendation for 3M SUper 77...but figuring one or both of these will do the trick?

    Keith,
I just did the same job. The 3M regular adhesive did well. Let me tell you need to have 3D vision to determine where the pieces should go at least on a C2 corvette.

3M General Purpose Adhesive Cleaner. It's expensive but works great.
