2025 Convention Volunteers Message

Dear Convention Attendees,
Our 2025 National Convention is just around the corner and it’s time again to ask for your help.

Volunteers are needed each day , so if you have the time please step up and help out.

• Saturday Sept 6 - Trailer Lot opens 12PM to 5PM
• Saturday Sept 6- Show Hall layout 8AM
• Sunday Sept 7 - Trailer Lot opens from 8AM to 5PM
• Sunday Sept 7 - Staging Lot 9AM to 5PM
• Monday Sept 8 - Staging Ops Judging opens at 7AM
• Monday Sept 8 - Show Hall Parking opens at 8AM

The job is yours as long as you can you produce a valid license to operate a golf cart

For what it’s worth, I can personally vouch for Mike and his ability to competently operate a golf cart. I witnessed as much in the very early morning (darkness) hours of the past National in French Lick. You could do no better 🙄
