    1973 original thermal limiter print color Green/White?

    Judging for correct 1973 original thermal limiter print color: Green or White? I have two limiters Green labeled " Thermal 169C 6551258=A-1764433F " or White "Patented FC21 #6556640-3V4000A1". I have the 1973-1974 3rd Addition Judging Guide and have looked for the Limiter color but could not find it; reviewed pages 152 thru 155. If it's elsewhere in the Guide please let me know.
