1963 HP Upper Radiator Hose Stamping

I know there are several older posts about upper radiator hoses and different stampings but was unabe to find anything referencing different locations of the AU stamping. The repro hose currently installed (stripe has worn off) shows the AU stamped adjacent to the part number and an older hose that I had stored shows the AU on the back side of what's left of the stripe, not adjacent to the part number. Has anyone else seen this? Just an older repro?

It serves the purpose for showing the ink markings on the upper radiator hose, and also shows a European Delivery vin plate affixed to right inner fender.. that's interesting.

Good eye, Don... the exhaust was also modified, in the series of images.
(but feel that upper hose was legit)
