Another PF-25 oil filter question

I am trying to find out what I have here. While rummaging around in "I am never going to get to it" parts I came across this PF-25 filter that has most of the markings as per the TIM&JG with the exception of the embossing on the bottom and the added script on the side. Searching here, I see blue PF-25s and a few originals. Can I assume that this is a service replacement, missing only the items mentioned? Would anyone care to guess the time frame that these were used? With the new judging criteria mentioned a while back how would this judge?

Instead of a quick glance, I should have read a little more carefully in the TIM&JG when it say "Later 1970, all 1971s and 1972 were equipped with the same oil filter without the debossing on the bottom." Like the old saying "speed kills" but so does speed reading.

Gary,
Looks to me you have the most common white PF-25 service replacement filter sold in the 70-74 time frame. These succeded the “BEST WAY” embossed filters made in the mid 68-early 70 time frame. I believe the blue PF-25’s with the large paper decals succeeded the white PF-25 filters. When the judging guides were re-written several years ago there was lots of back and forth on this subject and the result of that is written in the latest 68/69 and 70/72 Judging guides..
