Another Saint in Heaven. Judy and John welcomed Vicki and I to the Indiana chapter in the mid 80's. We have a lot of memories of road tours with John and Judy visiting graveyards to look at old headstones. And a lot of meals eaten with them also at meets. She will be missed in the Tab room for sure. Our prayers are with John and the family.

Judith Ann Waggoner, 80, of Franklin, passed away at her residence on Friday, June 6th, 2025.
She was born on September 21, 1944, in Indianapolis, Indiana to Ralph and Pauline (Bradley) Mosburg. She married John Keith Waggoner on December 16, 1966. He lovingly survives. She is also survived by daughters, Jennifer Lynn Clarke (John) and Amanda Diane Holguin; grandchildren, Erin Clarke, Kristen Wakefield, Shelby Wakefield, Lindsey Wakefield, Dylan Clarke and Liam Clarke; great-grandchild, Elrick Wakefield and brothers, Michael Mosburg and Jeffery Mosburg. Judy was preceded in passing by her parents and brothers, Larry Mosburg and Jerry Allen Mosburg.
Judy was a 1962 graduate of Union High School.
She was a stay-at-home mother and homemaker.
Judy was a member of Grace United Methodist Church. She was a member of the Trafalgar Garden Club and the Indiana Historical Society. Judy was a master gardener and was a passionate genealogist.
A Celebration of Judy’s life will be held on Wednesday evening, June 11th at 6:00 p.m. at Grace United Methodist Church, 1300 E. Adams Drive, Franklin, Indiana 46131 with visitation for family and friends on Wednesday from 3:00 p.m. to time of service at 6:00 p.m. at the church. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, June 12th at 10:00 a.m. at Greenlawn Cemetery in Franklin. Flinn and Maguire Funeral Home in Franklin is assisting the family with arrangements.
Memorial contributions may be made to Grace United Methodist Church, 1300 E. Adams Drive, Franklin, Indiana 46131.
