    C2 door glass height adjustment

I need to raise the door glass about 1/2 inch on each door to meet the rubber seal. Any instruction would be appreciated.

Manual or power windows? When I serviced the manual windows on my ‘66, I didn’t see any kind of vertical adjustment. If you have manual regulators, are you sure your regulators are reaching the end of their gear travel? The grease can come close to solidifying if it’s never been cleaned out and re-greased in close to 60 years.

I have no clue about power windows, so maybe someone else can chime in if that’s what you’re dealing with.

I have manual windows. My 69 Z28 has adjustable stops for upward movement of the door glass so I am hoping the 67 C2 does also. Thanks for your response.

Robert, I don't know if there is 1/2 of movement available, but there are 2 stops. The front stop is behind the forward attaching tab of the lower window rail. It takes a 7/16 wrench or socket. The rear stop is accessible through the circular cut out in the inner door surface. It is a phillips screw that holds that tight.

        Good luck, Joe

I think the gap is closer to 3/8”. Thank you for the information and I will give it a go this weekend. Thanks.
