Elastic locking lug nut socket holder inside console on a 95 LT1 Corvette

In Top Flight Judging I received a deduction for not having an elastic socket holder held on by felcro
inside my console compartment. Everything I have read online only mentions these being on the ZR1
Corvettes. My car is a 95 LT1 Corvette. I bought a 96 LT1 Corvette brand new back in 96 that I owned for five years and I know
for a fact that it never had any such part when I took delivery of the car. Did LT1 Corvettes ever come with these in 95 or 96?

There should be one on 90-96 cars both ZR-1 and non ZR-1. I have a 1990 Corvette L98 and there is an elastic holder in the center console compartment to hold either the locking lug nut or the lug nut extension. I have a spare one I would be willing to sell if you needed it.

Winston, the attached photo of the lug and lug key holder located in the center console is what was TFP for you car. This is what an interior judge would expect to see.
