Can I find out if my car ever was judged?

I picked up my first mid year car. A 1966 coupe. I bought it at an estate sale as the fella that owned it died. The son sold the car but new nothing about it.It came with the original window sticker and sales invoice which was a nice perk.I bought it sight unseen but paid a service to go look at it and give me a report with pictures. Car sat for a year or more. Finally got the car delivered and going over the car now and noticing that I believe it was a frame off restoration with a great paint job that has been holding up. I am noticing grease markings on the frame and tags like this attached to the coil on the car.Just wondering if the car was ever judged and anyway of finding out?

To help you answer many of your questions, you should also buy the 1966 Corvette Technical Information & Judging Guide (aka TIMJG) in the NCRS store (link provided below).

Based on the 42 years since it was first published (1983), plus the thousands of hours (no exaggeration) that have gone in to it since - at $85, it probably represents the best purchase value for correct information you can find for your car.

You get two letters which each have a gold seal (looks cool). However, when I did this, the two letters came separately. I didn't read enough prior, to know there was another letter coming, so I worried that the single letter was all of it. You don't get the score sheets, but one of the letters includes the judging score total.

The other letter tells you the selling dealer info.

$310 just to know if a car had been judged? Wow.

Maybe if you call the office and ask nicely they will just tell you...

How do I go about to getting it judge again? I am located in North Jersey.I did join the Central NJ Chapter.

I'd get in touch with the chapter to find out when their meet is (contacts and dates are probably on their web site). You can have it judged at the chapter meet.
