66 Steering Column Question
All,
I was hoping to get some clarification on the installation of my standard '66 column. I would appreciate some help with following questions:
-First, the new upper bearing appears to be pre-lubed. Do I need to add any additional grease prior to install? I wouldn't think so, but want to check.
-Second, what is the best way to measure the lower spring clamp "axial movement of .010-.030 of the steering clamp" to ensure that's done correctly?
