    Need your opinion on this pad. L79 66 w4sp. Is it real or restamp?

    Chris, the picture make it tough for me. When I Zoom I get a blur. Anyway, I'm having trouble with the broach marks. The 1 in the VIN might be ok. The date looks funks ( I'll let others comment on that)

      I’m no expert on stamp pads, but the 612 in the VIN derivative and the F and HT in the engine code look very similar to those characters in my ‘66 L79 pad.

        The characters look good to me. They are consistent with what was used in 1966
